Because all of our products are made to order we are not able to offer returns or exchanges unless an item is not made as stated on invoice details.
Before placing your order, please view the size chart under the “sizing details” drop down menu located under the “add to cart” button. Please ensure you know your size prior to ordering and choose the proper size. Because our products are made to order, apparel that does not fit will not be refunded, exchanged or replaced.
Payment is confirmation that all personalization given is correct. Print and embroidery are completed exactly as provided. Please ensure that all personalization, spelling, spacing, etc is exactly as you want before checkig out.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via email to discuss replacement of the item along with photo of the defective item and a detailed explanation of the damage/defect.
Artwork sizes may not print on apparel items exactly as they appear on website, our printer uses their best discretion when placing artwork on your apparel to ensure the best visually appealing option.
